Thanks for your feedback. You can install LIPs over any edition of Windows, but they provide a translated version of only the most widely used dialog boxes, menu items, and help content. Windows 10 Italian language pack it-it. For end users, what we can do is installing language interface pack, which is partially localized for some languages. I don’t have internet connection on those systems.
