Ask a new question. Quickbooks Unable to open qb with Microsoft Edge browser in Windows Get error message qb need ie6 or later. How can I correct this? My operating system is Windows I recently upgraded it from Windows 8. There is a warning quickbooks require Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later. Got information from Quickbooks support, but here is none that help me. Also, some information available on this topic over internet but can’t able to apply on Windows What can I do?

It did worked. I turned on the Internet Explorer 11 from “Turn Windows features on or off” and Quickbooks start working again. No more error messages. A computer restart is required afterwards for the IE11 implementation. This site in other languages x.
