Do we know the exact key that would be referenced during a license verification procedure? For me its like looking for a needle in a haystack. If you happen to know that info I would be interested in just making the permissions change to that key to see if it fixes my issues.

After she restarted it she noticed a few things were messed up. As I began to try to repair it I found several things wrong…. Avast antivirus was off and could not be restarted, No Device Manager info, icons missing from the notification bar, the MS Office issue, etc.

After about 10 hours of messing around and I do not recall the exact order but I did all this…. After entering the Product Key it worked. Hope this helps anyone else as it seems it took the combination of things to get it back.
