I think it makes good economic sense, as I’m migrating away from Sonar and so I’m going away from windows and into OS. I wanted this move to be inexpensive and if I wanted to get the latest Logic I would need or be tempted to get much beefier hardware. Yes, the latest software might run on the older machines but I have my doubts that I would be satisfied with its performance.
