Karenanya Psikolog dan atau Ilmuwan Psikologi yang belum memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang tersebut dapat memberikan layanan psikologi untuk memastikan bahwa kebutuhanlayanan psikologi tersebut tidak ditolak.
