In that case: Make sure no object is selected. Double click the pen icon in Status Bar. Since nothing is selected this will bring up the Change Document Defaults dialog. Check appropriate object types and click OK. Should take care of it. I attached a file that explains some of it.

That doesn’t bother me as much as the random elements that get messed up when I export my final to Illustrator. Sometimes it’s not so easily spotted, and I’d be bummin if it went to print with the wrong line weight on one segment of a symbol, which happens randomly. I realize this was just a hotfix, but I see they still didn’t address the scale with image bug. It’s really hard to remember to turn off scale with image before changing line weights and to downlaod before resizing and to fix the miter on some elements after resizing.

With this issue, some element’s line weights get messed up in my final print file export to ai when opened in Illustrator. I could convert all outlines to objects before exporting, but I’d much rather have this bug fixed. It never happened in any other version. Let me make a suggestion, since this is the default and has been forever you may want to think that other users in testing suggested this default setting was a upsate idea. Whether it is on not is up to the coreldraw graphics suite x7 update 6.1 free download but I’d bet they’re not grpahics to change it.

Thanks guys, but that is not the bug. I have many symbols and images which need to have scale with image ON. There is a bug when using that setting that is causing issues.
