My microsoft word professsional plus just decided to no longer verify the product license. I spoke to someone using the online chat feature who told me to uninstall and reinstall.

I did this and it won’t let me activate my product by internet or phone. If I try to activate by internet it says that there is an unspecified error please try again later.

If I try by phone I don’t get the ID needed to put in to the automated system. I then rang the number given to me by the online chat guy for tech support. I have already paid for the product and it has been installed on this computer for 6 months! I am based in the UK.
